The Rocher des Brochards was built in 2023 at one end of the property.
It has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen (in the same room). The kitchen is well equipped with hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster.
In an annex room, there is a washing machine. A large patio door opens onto the garden, and there is a dining room table, a comfortable sofa, and a 120 cm TV with Netflix.
There are two bedrooms :
There is a shared bathroom with a shower.
A wrap cot and a high chair will be available for a baby.
The accommodation is heated and air-conditioned with a reversible heat pump, so always at a pleasant temperature.
There are two terraces and a lawn with young plants on either side of the house. One is shady and pleasant in summer. The other is sunny and mostly used in winter. Barbecue facilities are available.
A hut attached to the house will allow you to store your bikes. The neighbors are distant and discreet : the place is therefore very quiet and calm, as many of its tenants appreciate.
Unlike the other cottage "Les hauts Brochards", it does not have a view of the Loire.
